Eloqua Master Program
ASERVO Interactive is the only certified training and implementation partner for Eloqua in central Europe. Through purposeful training measures, we aid Eloqua customers to transition from being Eloqua beginners to Eloqua experts.
The training program includes the following up-to-date seminars:
Eloqua Training 101:
This three-day beginner’s course offers a product overview and communicates the necessary basic concepts and knowledge base required to use Eloqua. Special attention will be paid to providing attendees in-depth training about newsletters.
Eloqua Training 201:
This is a three-day training course for advanced Eloqua users (Requirement: Completed Eloqua Training 101). This course explains how to build and execute multi-level campaigns, with a focus on event management, Hypersites, and an introduction to program builder.
Eloqua Training 211:
This is a three-day training course designed especially for administrators and users who wish to delve into the technical details of the Eloqua program. Topics on the agenda include CRM integration, user administration, and website and form integrations.
Eloqua Training 251:
This course is focused on the topic "Lead Management". Here we will teach the required product knowledge needed for the creation of lead scoring and lead nurturing programs. Practical examples will be presented to clarify the underlying methods involved.
Eloqua Training 252:
This course is focused on the topic "campaign management". This course will prepare those working in the marketing department for the execution of multi-level campaigns.
The above listed trainings are available as open or in-house seminars. In addition, we can gladly customize a training concept to match individual customer needs and requirements.
