The Initial Situation
The quality of an Address Databank Database is most visible when Marketing requires an address list to implement a campaign. In many cases, it lacks a „clean“volume of data with contact and address information. Many addresses are incomplete, outdated, or cannot be normalized due to different file formats.

Additionally, in the age of online marketing, there has still a problem with missing or incomprehensible permission (compare German Law  §7 UWG). Which contact is one allowed to contact through email? Which not?

The Solution

ASERVO Interactive dedicates its services to the support of the integration of data into a single marketing platform. As a result, one develops a central system for target-group and campaign management. There is also the option of synchronizing the platform with a CRM-System so that one can work with a single, uniformed volume of data.

However, before data is integrated, it undergoes a complex double-check, which then separates duplicated contacts based on defined criteria. Finally, it checks to see if permission exists for online contact. When a contact has not yet given permission for online contact, they will be sent an email asking for permission previous to the activation of the campaign. „Bad“ Data is then re-worked and updated by means of intelligent methods.

Finally, the completed data are saved to a single platform and can be accessed and manipulated through this platform in the future. Thus, all contact permissions are guaranteed and duplication of contacts can be avoided. The new platform can now be used as a marketing data base, with the ability to be further used for web tracking, lead management, event management, campaign planning, target group analysis, etc. 

There is also the option to synchronize the platform with a CRM System, such as salesforce.com, Demand, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

The solution described here can be implemented either through the agency model with ASERVO Interactive as operators, or through a license for the customer.
